Before the bottling a second fermentation is carried out, following the Charmat method. This results in a peculiar fizzy note. Tasting Notes Ruby red sparkling wine. Fresh, with a delicately fruity bouquet. Sweet, delicate, moderately acidic taste. It pairs perfectly with white meat, egg, vegetable and cheese courses.
