Michele Chiarlo has always had a great affection for the Barbera d’Asti Superiore Nizza,
so much so that “the Court” is defined by the company as the symbol of the entire range produced wine.
Of great structure and elegance, this label stands as one of the best expressions within the entire DOCG.
The Barbera grapes ferment for 12 days in oak vats, ricompresa at a temperature between 27 and 30 degrees;
then they are made to hone first for a year in small oak barrels, and then for another 15 months in glass.
