Aroma: It’s delightfully sweet and malty at first, and after a few inhalations you may detect vanilla, toffee and banana influences coming through.
Palate: Creamy pepper and sweet fruit flavours, particularly ripe bananas.
Finish: Cocoa flavors give way to a well-structured, peppery finish.
A 2018 bottling of Benromach’s 2010 vintage Organic single malt. This is a classic Speysider: rich malt and subtle fruit integrate wonderfully with the woody spice and vanilla flavours of virgin oak maturation and later, bittersweet dark chocolate underlines an otherwise clean and vivacious whisky.
