This heavily-peated Bunnahabhain single malt was released in 2021 as part of

La Maison du Whisky’s Artist Collective series.

It was distilled in 2013 and aged in a Dechar/Rechar hogshead for 7 years,

before being bottled at a hefty 64.1%. Dechar/Rechar is a process to rejuvenate a cask

First, a layer of char is scraped off and then the cask is recharred.

This way a new layer of wood is exposed to the spirit. Bunnahabhain 7 Years Old Artist Collective 2013

is a deep and complex single malt with rich notes of flowers, fruits, honey and mint.

The label features the artwork ‘Glass’ by Mara Surleau, evoking the tumultuous waters of Islay.

This release comes without a box.
