Palate: Sweet and spicy, citrus, barley sugar, gingerbread, Manuka honey and white pepper flavours.
Finish: Dry and spicy with a warming gingery honeyed tail.
Matured in first fill bourbon casks. The distillery’s characteristically honeyed, nutty, fruity character is amped with fresh fruit flavours and vanilla from the American oak. Fabulous new expression of the 18 Year Old. Easy drinking, yet mature, this whisky has a great body and no chill filtration.
