Fort Burgozone’s MERSY is a combination of Merlot and Syrah, hand-picked, with a low yield, from the
vineyards along the banks of the Danube River, near the town of Oryahovo.
Syrah is the backbone of the wine with aromas of black fruit and pepper, while Merlot softens and deepens it.
They are perfectly combined with spicy dishes, as well as with grilled meat and cheeses.
