A product of experimentation from a Glen Breton fan’s suggestion. Jost Vineyards supplied the barrel which they use to make their Ortega Ice Wine. From here Cask Strength whiskies are finished for 4 months in these Ortega Ice Wine Barrels. A truly unique whisky.
