Palate: Sweetish, then dryish, with some acidity between; all well balanced.
Finish: Dryish, balanced finish.
Honey-sweet character, often called fruitcake in a bottle. Sweet marzipan fragrances and pleasant sweet wood flavours, drying on the finish.
