Transparent, bright and clear liquid. Flower, grass, fruit, sweetness and dried plant on the nose. Smoky note in the mid palate tropical fruits, white flowers and hints of herbaceous combined for a long finish.

Best to enjoy in shot, drink neat or pair with any Chinese cuisine, grilled, Japanese sashimi, and caviar.

茅台酒是中国的传统特产酒，产于中国贵州茅台镇，与苏格兰威士忌、法国科涅克白兰地齐名的世界三大蒸馏名酒之一，同时是中国三大名酒“茅五剑”之一。也是大曲酱香型白酒的鼻祖，已有800多年的历史。

茅台镇特殊气候、水质、土壤条件，对于酒料的发酵、熟化非常有利，同时也部分地对茅台酒中香气成分的微生物产生、精化、增减起了决定性的作用。以赤水河上游，低硬度，含有丰富微量元素的优质赤水，用这种入口微甜、无溶解杂质的水经过蒸馏酿出的酒特别甘美，也是得天独厚的。峡谷区微酸紫红色土壤，冬暖夏热、高温高湿的特殊气候，加上千年酿造环境，空气中充满了丰富而独特的芳香。
原材料使用红缨子高粱，颗粒坚实饱满的糯性高粱。
